At the end of the first year, the students can choose one of seven available ways of deepening their understanding of engineering.

CELVN

Rivers, Coastlines, Waterways: this allows future engineers to acquire technical skills to design, implement and operate the development of river and coastal zones.


RISPOL

Risks, Pollutions, Nuisances: the trained engineer will be able to :
- assess the impacts on the environment of developments.
- assess the risks and hazards related to those equipments.
- implement measures to prevent, suppress, reduce and offset impacts and risks.


CELVN or RISPOL / IWS

Integrated Watershed Sciences: This specialisation track aims to train specialists capable of understanding the complex challenges of tomorrow in the field of water and hydrosystems sciences and developing sustainable solutions to these issues. It is offered in 7 master's degrees to enable students to acquire, in addition to their disciplinary base (ecology, geography, sociology, economics, microbiology, engineering, hydrology, etc.), the ability to interact in an interdisciplinary context. All courses in this programme are in English.
