Research topics

Santiago Paul Yepez is Associate Professor at the Department of Forest and Environmental Management of the University Concepcion in Chile. He is senior geologist scientist in remote sensing and GIS technologies applied to geosciences.

During his stay in Lyon, he will be working on floodplain landscape overview through spectral characterization and analysis of riparian/aquatic vegetation from hyperspectral data, in collaboration with researchers from the ANR GloUrb project at the EVS and LEHNA laboratories.
