Blended Intensive Program Erasmus+ «Groundwater Challenges for the 21st Century (GWC21)»

European students will participate in a week of international mobility as part of the ERASMUS+ Blended Intensive Program.

For this new edition of the BIP, the University of Girona will welcome around 30 students from partner universities: the Univiservity of Girona, the University of Sttugart, BOKU university, Odisee in Ghent, and EUR H2O'Lyon. This program, which focuses on groundwater issues for the 21st century, aims to bring together perspectives from different disciplines and different countries.  

Students will have two learning modes during this BIP:
- A remote learning mode: with online courses offered by partner universities on March 23, May 4 and May 11, 2026.
- An on-site component from April 13 to 17, 2026: field visits and group project are planned, allowing students to work in an international and interdisciplinary context
