• Throughout the event:
  • Buffet dinner – enjoy a convivial meal while reconnecting and networking
  • ‘Pro Photo’ session - leave with a professional photo for your profile
  • Alumni testimonials - discover the career paths of some members of the network 
  • Icebreaker workshops - get to know members of the network through workshops combining creativity, science and friendly conversation
• 11:00 p.m.: End of the event

Who is it for ?

This event is open to former and current doctoral and post-doctoral students from the H2O'Lyon community, students enrolled in the Integrated Watershed Sciences master's programme, and all H2O'Lyon-certified students.

Image and voice recording authorisation:
In view of the Civil Code, in particular Article 9, on privacy, this authorisation is subject to your agreement, for the fixation on audiovisual media and the publication of your image and/or your voice in the framework of the Water Week on the website and social networks of EUR H2O'Lyon and its member institutions.
The recording of your image/voice will be carried out under the authority of EUR H2O'Lyon.
The producer of the audiovisual work created or the beneficiary of the recording shall exercise all the rights of exploitation attached to the recording. The registration shall remain its exclusive property.
The producer/beneficiary of the authorization, expressly forbids to assign these authorizations to a third party. It is also prohibited to make any unlawful use, or not provided for above, of the recording of your image and/or your voice that could be injurious to your dignity, your reputation or privacy and any other harmful exploitation in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
In the educational context defined, the recording may not give rise to any remuneration or consideration in any form whatsoever. Such express acceptance shall be final and shall exclude any subsequent request for remuneration.
I acknowledge that I am fully vested with my personal rights. I expressly acknowledge that I am not bound by any exclusive contract for the use of my image and/or voice, or even my name.
